Marjorie S. Stockstad-Schein, "Marge" passed away peacefully on March 6, 2021, two days after her 83rd birthday after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's.
Marge was born to her parents William and Margaret (Halter) Freund on March 4, 1938. Marge lived in her hometown of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin never straying too far except to travel. She met her husband Owen Stockstad at Goodrich high school and they raised seven children with love and devotion.
Marge was a full-time Mom and worked several part-time jobs including the downtown JC Penney's, Osco Drug, Miles Kimball, Fondy Trophy, and retiring from Moraine Park Technical College. She always had a smile for everyone she met.
Marge's favorite saying was "Well Why Not" and said it often to express her willingness to have a party. She enjoyed boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She was a longtime member of St Mary's Catholic Church, the FDL Boat Club, and the FDL Yacht Club including the Nauti Gals.
