John Mark Christofferson, 47, Las Vegas, died Jan. 5, 2003, in his home.
Mr. Christofferson was born Sept. 28, 1955, in McVille, N.D. He grew up and attended school in Kloten, N.D., and graduated from high school in McVille in 1973. He attended the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. In 1978, he began working for Osco Drug, where he worked for 24 years. On Aug. 26, 1978, he married Denice Loe in McVille. They lived throughout the United States. He currently was district manager for Rite Aid Drug, Las Vegas.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Jon, Las Vegas; two daughters, Leah Christofferson, Kelsey Christofferson, both Las Vegas; his mother, Mathilda Christofferson, Northwood, N.D.; and five sisters, Jeanne (Emery) Hoyt, McHenry, N.D., Nancy (Jess) Fisher, Northwood, Connie (Jim) Lewis, Plymouth, Minn., Betty (Arnold) Lee, Aneta, N.D., Janis (Lyle) Jaeger, Devils Lake, N.D.
Visitation: Today from 2-5, in Stanley-Iverson Funeral Home, McVille, followed by a prayer service at 6 in McVille Lutheran Church.
