Mark Iris, son-in law of retired Osco pharmacist Joseph Balter, informed us of Joseph’s passing on Tuesday, October 14, at the age of 88.Joseph worked for many years at the Jewel/Osco on Broadway near Addison in Chicago, Illinois.
