A Mass for Andrea M. Carponelli (nee Mann), 67, will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 19, at St. Anne Church, 120 N. Ela St. (not Ela Road), Barrington, Illinois where there will be visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass.
Father Tom Bishop will be the celebrant. Burial will follow at White Memorial Cemetery, Barrington. There will also be a visitation Monday, August 18, from 4-8 p.m., at the Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington. Born November 25, 1946, in Chicago to the late Raymond and Loretta (nee Frankiewicz) Mann, she passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014, at JourneyCare Hospice, Barrington. Andrea was a 1969 graduate of Drake University, was a licensed pharmacist, and worked for Osco Drug. She was active in the Garden Club of Barrington, and a recipient of many awards for flower arranging. Andrea loved, most of all, spending time with her four granddaughters and being in her garden. Survivors include her children, Lisa Carponelli of Des Moines and Ross (Molly) Carponelli of Barrington Hills; granddaughters, Reese and Colette Lovell and Whitney and Harlow Carponelli; siblings, Pamela Mann Mutton of Rockford, Ray "Chip" (Ellen) Mann of Reno, NV; Jeffrey (Lourdes) Mann of Reno, NV; mother-in-law, Diana Carponelli of Wayne; sister-in-law, Paula (Terry) Bachner of Wayne; and nieces and nephews, Jamie (Matt) Goebel, John (Beth) Mutton, Scott (Valerie) Mutton, Ray Mann III, Jackie Mann, Elitania Ordaz, and Jessica (Scott) Langford. Andrea was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Peter Carponelli, in 2012; father-in-law, Peter Carponelli; her parents; and brother-in-law, Dennis Mutton.
