While living in Aberdeen, Haroldean was employed with Osco Drug for 15 years before retiring. During her retirement years, she and her husband lived in Idaho and Arizona and also enjoyed travelling in their RV until 2006. They then resided in Spearfish until 2014, before returning to Aberdeen, where Haroldean continued to reside until the time of her death.

Haroldean loved being a homemaker. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, playing cards, especially pinochle, camping and fishing.

Grateful to have shared Haroldean’s life are her husband of over 58 years, Ray Mundt of Aberdeen; four daughters: Cyndi Mundt, Sheila (LeRoy) Conn and Shannon Johnson, all of Aberdeen, and Melanie (Matthew) Luebeck of Littleton, Colo.; three grandchildren: Dustin, Chad and Carlee; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Kenneth (Rita) Edwards of San Jose, Calif.
