Dollar Tree to sell Family Dollar

Dollar Tree, Inc. has announced an agreement to divest its Family Dollar business segment to Brigade Capital Management, LP and Macellum Capital Management, LLC. The deal, valued at approximately $1 billion, is expected to finalize in the second quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
