J.P. Larson recently joined the club and provides us with this update:
After graduating from Illinois State University (Normal, Illinois) in 1985, I joined Osco Drug where I was an Assistant Manager 1985 - 1991. As AM, I worked in Normal, Illinois (Osco #413), Springfield, Illinois (Osco #876), Indianapolis, Indiana (Osco #770) and Kalamazoo, Michigan (Osco #467). I was a store (general) manager from 1991 to 1996 in several different stores: Charleston, Illinois (Osco #417) and later at East Moline, Illinois (Osco #870). I became Regional Sales Manager for Central Region in 1996 and relocated to the Chicago area, and worked in the 3030 Franklin Park, Illinois Office. In 1999 I became Operations Manager for Central Region and in 2001 became District Manager in the Kansas City Market. After the sale of the Osco freestanders to CVS/Pharmacy in 2006, I remained a District Manager with CVS/Pharmacy currently have 19 stores in the Kansas City Metro Area.
Tina and I have been married for 25 years and we have three children that are all in college. Janelle, 24, attends Kansas University and is in her 3rd year of pharmacy school. Eric, 21, attends Baker University studying Exercise Science; he runs Cross Country and Track for Baker. Kyle, 19 attends UMKC studying nursing. We still love to travel and hike, especially in the mountains. This photo is from a recent trip to Alaska.
