The School of Pharmacy would love to thank Nikki Price for being the Guest Speaker at our White Coat Ceremony! Nikki began her career with American Drug stores in 1993 upon graduation from Purdue University. She held many positions over the course of her 26 years after starting as an undistributed pharmacist and becoming a Pharmacy Manager in 1995 in the Indianapolis area. She became one of the first market recruiters in 1998, and went on to become the Recruiter for the Eastern half of the United States. In 2003, she joined the Pharmacy Operations team in Jewel Osco as a DPM responsible for up to 53 stores and moved on to as the Director of Pharmacy Education department in 2007. In 2011, she was asked to become a part of the new Compliance team as Director where she was responsible for developing and implementing the Field Evaluation process as well as the Controlled Substance Diversion process. Currently, Nikki serves as Director of Pharmacy Operations for the Denver and Intermountain divisions overseeing 190 pharmacies in 8 states. She enjoys spending time with her family skiing and hanging out, and loves to go to live concerts.
