The Potter family is doing very well. We still live in Mission Viejo, Ca. It’s hard to believe that we have been here for 31 Years! Joyce is very involved with playing Bridge several days a week. I join her for couple’s bridge about twice a month. I enjoy playing golf twice a week. We are very fortunate to have 3 of our 5 grandchildren living near us. Kristen and her husband Ben have Jake (7) and Sophie (5) and live only 10 minutes away. Stephanie and her husband Duane have Brian (15) and they live just a little over an hour away. Our son Jeff and his wife Chrissy have Drew (22) and Danny (18) and they live in Wellington, Fl. One of best vacations was in July 2021. We rented a VRBO in Rockaway Beach, Oregon for the entire family, all 13 of us. Because of Covid 19 we had not all been together for several months but we kept in touch through House Party calls.
As of 2022, I have been retired for 16 years. I have been fortunate to have worked with very talented people throughout my entire 34 year career. It consisted of: 3 years in Osco Central Division, 15 years in the Eastern Region and finally my last 16 years at Sav-On Drugs in Southern California. It was a unique experience to have worked in all 3 regions but there were some very common traits that ran through all of them. We had talented associates who worked together to get the job done. We treated everyone at every level with dignity and respect. Phrases such as “Count on people who care” and “Simply the Best” really had meaning for the Osco - SAV-On Family. I am looking forward to our big 77th Sav-On Drug Reunion on July 23,2022 in Seal Beach, California.
