Thomas Anthony McGovern—known as Tom, Tommy, #3, New Tom, Whistling Dog Walker, Hon, Dear, Dad, and especially Silly Grandpa—84, of Annapolis, MD, passed away on April 26, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, hard work, and an unwavering smile. Born on August 18, 1941, in St. Joseph, MO, to Joe and Katherine McGovern, Tom was the third of eight children.
