Our family is doing well. My older daughter Meghan continues to live in LA, CA for the past 20 years. She works for Marvel TV. My younger daughter Lauren also lived in LA. until she got married in 2023 and had our first grandchild, Reina Jay Alonso, on 04-01-25. Dorothy "Char" Millard, 88, of Boone, Iowa passed away on Sunday, February 22, at Westhaven Community in Boone, Iowa. She had been a resident of Westhaven since August 2022. Dorothy was born on February 20, 1938, in Boone, Iowa, the daughter of Harold and Louise (Thorson) Sawyer.
